NOURISH
Panina Artesana & Bakery is part of the Puertecita Habitat, where nourishment is understood as a daily practice.
Here, slow-fermented breads and handcrafted products are prepared in a harmonious and carefully curated environment. A family project born from the desire to knead with the heart, we make many things ourselves — sourdough breads, pastries, kombucha, hummus, pesto and seasonal preparations — working slowly and by hand.
Much of what we serve is made in-house using simple ingredients and, whenever possible, organic produce from our own regenerative gardens and food forests, as well as from local producers around Lake Atitlán.
In this way, Panina is more than a bakery or a place to eat. It is a gathering place where nourishment becomes a way of connecting with the land, the people who cultivate it and the rhythms of everyday life. Here, dwelling, restoration and cultivation meet through food, and simple living becomes something that can be tasted, shared and enjoyed together.
